Single crop 30g package containing Pea shoot Microgreens.
High in lecithin, iron, boron and calcium. They contain all of the B vitamins, vitamin C and K, folic acid, magnesium, maganese and selenium. Pea shoots also contain all of the eight essential amino acids.

Stunning tendrilled stem with a slightly bitter pea flavour.

Microgreens are sent in clear heavy duty containers with snap on lids. Non CFC and BPA. These containers stack conveniently in the fridge.. You can reuse these containers or leave them out for us on your day of delivery.
